My art has a French accent because the 3 mos I spend in France at La Cascade each year has left its mark on my work. La Cascade where artists and their students make art and enjoy French village life is for me the place where time slows down and creativity flows. Each year I find new inspiration here. Last year it was a water color series of 17th century forged door knockers, this year it might be Severine’s chickens.
