Keeping students informed; Includes communications from teacher to student which should help you handle the logistics gracefully
- Letter 1 covers; contact information verification , car rental, booking flights, request for emergency contacts, travel insurance, balance of tuition
- Letter 2 covers; request for flight numbers and arrival times, proof of travel insurance, where to meet at airport, what to pack, etc.
- Car share letter; helps students get the car shares together
- Sample cancellation policy; to avoid confusion on the subject
