We ate like queens, and best of all and most remarkable considering the outstanding food, I didn't gain any weight while there! I think her abundant use of fresh fruits and vegetables and the amazing variety were the keys to no weight gain. Also, she must not use much fat in her delightful cooking. I'm considering going back to learn more about how she cooks. Nese is a Treasure! Nese’s food was absolutely fabulous!
